To make the Mexican Salsa use in the ratio of 1tsp of Salsa mix to 6 tablespoons of oil and 6 of lemon or lime juice. Shake together and pour over fresh deseeded chopped tomatoes and chopped onions. Mix in some fresh chopped coriander and leave to stand.
Served with corn chips as a side dish for a Mexican meal. Popular at barbeques. |
